Community Service

Victor is a compassionate conservative. He has contributed a significant portion of his life to volunteering for community service. For over the last four decades through civic engagement, he has spearheaded many community-based improvements that include infrastructure, transportation, health services, education and economic development. Victor’s experience has also assisted many important local arts and children’s organizations including the Lowry Park Zoo, the Straz Center for Performing Arts, the Museum of Science and Industry and The University Area Community Development Corporation.
